Brighton – Custom Residential Steel Framing
In Brighton, one of Melbourne’s most sought-after suburbs, LGS Solutions delivered the structural framing for a premium residential build. Designed with a focus on contemporary living, the project required a framing system that could provide strength and design flexibility while meeting the high standards expected in luxury housing.
The build features light-gauge steel wall frames and roof trusses, engineered and prefabricated to exact dimensions before arriving on site. Once installed on the concrete slab, the frames created clean lines and stable foundations for expansive open-plan spaces, tall ceilings and integrated architectural features. Door and window openings were manufactured into the frames with precision, ensuring a perfect fit for glazing and cladding later in the build.
Steel’s inherent durability provides long-term peace of mind in a coastal setting, offering resistance to termites, fire and moisture while maintaining straight walls and rooflines over time.
