Clyde North – Large-Scale Commercial Steel Framing
Positioned along one of Melbourne’s key growth corridors, the Clyde North development is a major commercial project where light gauge steel framing was used to deliver speed, strength and precision. Designed to support retail and mixed-use spaces, the build required large spans, tall wall frames and multi-storey capacity — all areas where steel excels.
Our role included the manufacture and delivery of prefabricated wall panels, roof trusses and structural elements, staged and labelled for efficient installation. On-site, workers assembled the frames quickly, with cranes lifting larger panels directly into position. This approach reduced build time while keeping the project organised and safe.
