The Donald St development features a collection of modern two-storey townhouses, built with the strength and precision of light gauge steel framing. Designed to meet the demands of medium-density living, this project required a framing system that could deliver consistent quality across multiple adjoining dwellings.
Our team manufactured and supplied prefabricated wall frames, floor systems and roof trusses, ensuring every component was cut and assembled to exact specifications. The result is a structural framework that integrates seamlessly with the brickwork base, creating a hybrid construction method that combines the strength of masonry with the efficiency of steel.
