In Mentone, LGS Solutions played a key role in delivering the framing for a multi-unit residential development. Designed to maximise space and efficiency, the project required a system that could deliver structural strength across multiple dwellings while ensuring uniformity and speed of assembly.
Our scope included the supply and manufacturing of wall frames, floor joists and roof trusses, all produced with advanced roll-forming technology. The precision of prefabricated steel ensured that every unit aligned correctly, with straight walls and consistent rooflines across the development. This accuracy is especially important in multi-unit builds, where repetition must be balanced with quality at every stage.
The progress photos show the project advancing rapidly, with upper-storey frames and roof sections being installed in sequence. Blue sarking has already been applied on sections of the lower levels, preparing the structure for cladding and insulation while keeping the build protected during construction.
