Large-Scale Residential Steel Framing
At Santa Cruz Way, LGS Solutions delivered the steel framing for an entire residential estate, supporting the construction of dozens of homes across a growing community. This large-scale project required a framing system that could be produced in volume while maintaining absolute accuracy for every dwelling.
Our role included the supply of pre-engineered wall frames, roof trusses and floor systems, manufactured off-site for rapid assembly. By organising and delivering the frames in staged batches, builders on site were able to erect multiple homes simultaneously without delays or material waste.
From the ground up, steel proved its advantage. The consistent accuracy of each frame meant that every house aligned perfectly, creating straight walls and reliable rooflines across the estate. Aerial images show the progress of entire streets being framed quickly, highlighting the efficiency of prefabricated steel in high-density housing projects.
