At LGS Solutions, we’re proud to showcase our Timbarra Parkway project, where we delivered a complete light gauge steel framing system for a modern residential build.
The images highlight the early construction stage, with our pre-engineered wall frames and roof trusses assembled on site. Manufactured using advanced roll-forming technology, each frame was produced to exact specifications, ensuring accuracy and faster installation for the builder.
Steel framing offers clear advantages over timber. It won’t warp or shrink, and it’s naturally resistant to termites, rot and mould. Being non-combustible, it also provides added protection in bushfire-prone areas while meeting strict safety standards.
Our team supported the project from design to delivery, ensuring the frames arrived on time and integrated smoothly into the build. The engineered roof trusses and bracing systems provided strength and stability, creating a reliable foundation for cladding, insulation and finishes.
